Class Schedule
Classes are designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
In order to be effective, Bikram Yoga should be practiced on a regular basis without long lapses between classes. Please come as often as you can, you’ll soon find that you want to do this practice because it works. The time and effort you put into Bikram Yoga will be returned to you tenfold!

All classes are 90 minutes. Please try your best to stay in the studio for the entire class. |

Bikram says, “You may have to travel or be on an exceptionally busy schedule where you cannot do your regular Yoga practice. The Half Class guarantees that you will not lose the cumulative benefits that you have earned with your daily Yoga practice. The Half Class is simply each of the poses done once in the prescribed order. Use it only when you are truly pressed for time. Since you’re depriving your body of the second set, in which real progress occurs, a Half Class, when done occasionally, is really only “maintenance.”
